The above-named Order, made on 28 May 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment commencing at SU 85191 37068 on Hammer Lane and proceeding through the driveway of the property known as Cobwebs to SU 85203 37078 at the property boundary, to a new alignment commencing at SU 85190 37072 on Hammer Lane and proceeding to SU 85203 37078, to the north-west of the current alignment.
