The above-named Order, made on 27 May 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of the above-mentioned public footpath from its current alignment which commences at a point approximately 15 metres from the access road to River Hill Farm and proceeds in a north-easterly direction between a building and a storage yard to SU 7886 4118. The proposed diversion route will commence at the previously described junction with the access road to River Hill Farm, proceeding in a north-westerly direction to SU 7884 4112, continuing north-eastwards along the edge of a paddock to SU 7886 4118.
