Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in East Hampshire area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Hampshire County Council, because of an urgent incident on or near the road, considers that the closure to the road mentioned below should come into force without delay.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Crondall Road between its junction with Cheeks Farm Lane and Hill Farm Lane and a point approximately 180 metres south thereof.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Crondall Road, A31 Farnham Road, A31 Alton Road, A31 Farnham Road, Blacknest Road, Main Road, A31 Farnham Road, Marsh House Lane, Hill Farm Lane
DURATION OF THIS NOTICE: from 30th June 2026 for a maximum period of 5 days or until completion of the emergency restriction, whichever is sooner (Notwithstanding the above, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, and in operation between 08:00 and 18:00hrs).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Circet UK Ltd to carry out emergency repairs.
Circet UK Ltd will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
