On the 01 July 2026 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath from its current alignment which commences at SU 6966 4844 at a junction with Upton Grey Footpath 8 and proceeds in a north-westerly direction for approximately 334 metres to SU 6935 4857; to a new alignment which commences at SU 6962 4839 at a junction with Upton Grey Footpaths 8 and 9 and proceeds in a westerly to north-westerly direction for approximately 359 metres to SU 6935 4857.
