THE HAMPSHIRE (BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH NO.37) (BASINGSTOKE – PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 8) PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2026
On 30 July 2026 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish that part of the above-named public footpath which commences at SU 6434 5194 and proceeds eastwards to a junction with Footpath 10 at SU 6462 5199.
