On the 30 July 2026 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath from its current alignment which commences at SU 1518 0958 in the north-easterly corner of a field and proceeds in a south-westerly direction across the field to SU 1507 0950 to the western boundary of the field. The proposed alignment will commence at SU 1518 0958 at the north-eastern corner of the field and proceed in a westerly then southerly direction following the field boundary to rejoin the existing path at SU 1507 0950.
