Highways - s115 Environment Act - Notice from Hampshire County Council in Gosport area
We have another Hippophae to fell. I looked at this in June and it has now lifted the footway surface by over 30mm despite previous root severance and patching.
The notice was put on the tree today and four residents I spoke to are happy as we have previously DtC'd similar trees on nearby Oval Gardens.
