Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Havant area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Hampshire County Council considers it necessary, in order to carry out works on or near the highway, for the SPEED to be restricted to 30mph on the road(s) specified below without delay due to the likelihood of danger to the public or the risk of serious damage to the road.
ROADS TO BE RESTRICTED: that part of Hulbert Road between its junction with Tempest Avenue and its junction with A3M.
DURATION OF THIS NOTICE: From 04/09/2026 for a maximum period of 21 days or until completion of the emergency restriction, whichever is sooner.
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
