for:        Construction of a new 2 Form Entry, 420 pupil place Primary School with SEN Resource Provision for 8 pupils, including associated parking and external works [Variation of conditions 3 Ground Investigation, 4 Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP), 5 Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) of Planning Permission 23/00729/HCC]
