Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:
"Deconstruction and removal of the existing IBA processing plant and the construction of an upgraded, replacement plant (replant) and for an enhanced IBA recovery facility" [Variation of condition 2 (hours of working) of Planning Permission 25/01966/CMAN]
