To consider the report of the Chief Executive seeking confirmation of Shadow Cabinet proposals for consolidating the performance management and quality assurance function within the Policy Unit of the Chief Executive's Department.

3. DRAFT STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS 2000/01 (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Treasurer on the draft Statement of Accounts for 2000/01 prior to submission to the County Council on 13 September 2001 for approval in accordance with the new constitutional arrangements.

4. ST BEDE C OF E SCHOOL, WINCHESTER (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on issues with regard to St Bede C of E School, Winchester, which was flooded in December 2000.
