To consider a report of the Chief Constable and Treasurer setting out the formal statement of accounts for the financial year ended on 31 March 2001.

3. NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEMS - PROGRESS REPORT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Chief Constable updating the Panel on the latest position on the implementation of both the cfacs general ledger system and the payroll system.

4. DEVOLUTION OF PAY BUDGET TO PORTSMOUTH AND SOUTHAMPTON DIVISIONS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Chief Constable on the proposal to extend the current arrangements for the devolvement of budgets to Divisional level by the devolvement of police and support staff budgets to the Portsmouth and Southampton Divisions on a pilot basis with effect from 1 October 2001.

5. INTERNAL AUDIT PROGRESS REPORTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Chief Constable on the progress of work by internal audit included in the 2001/02 audit plan.

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of the Paragraphs of Part I of Schedule 12 A of the Local

To consider a confidential report of the Chief Constable on issues relating to the Authority's Capital Programme.

9. DETERMINATION OF PENSION REDUCTION (Report herewith)

To consider a confidential report of the Clerk on the outcome of a pension dispute relating to a former police constable.
