To consider the report of the County Planning Officer on two consultation documents recently published by the Countryside Agency in relation to the proposed designation of the New Forest National Park (key decision).

4. COMMUNITY STRATEGY (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the continuing development of a community strategy in Hampshire.

5. RIVER HAMBLE - CONSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Arts, Countryside and Community and the Chief Executive on proposals for the future management of the River Hamble in line with the County Council's new constitutional arrangements.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this body or by virtue of Standing Orders 12(e) or 27; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
