· All meetings will start at 2.15 p.m. in Winchester. The Chairman invites discussion about the possibility of holding one meeting on the Isle of Wight.

That, by virtue of Paragraph 8 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business.

To consider a confidential report of the Wessex Youth Offending Team Manager recommending that the Committee invite Hampshire County Council, on its behalf to commence a process of tendering for the continuation of service provision.
11 CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF A CONSULTANCY TO SUPPORT A REVIEW OF VALUE FOR MONEY IN YOUTH JUSTICE SERVICES
