1.1. The following decision is sought:

That the County Council representation on the Chichester Harbour Conservancy be as follows:-

Councillors Dr. R.J. Ellis
E.F. Gale
S. Leyland
A.W. Rice TD

Councillors D. Gillett and J. Waddington (standing deputies)

1 labour standing deputy or Councillor I. Beagley as a third standing deputy if there is no labour representative put forward.

That these changes in representation take immediate effect and be reported to the next meeting of the Council for ratification.

2. Reason

Sickness and unavailability means that the County Council would not be fully represented at the next meeting of the Conservancy.
