84 MINUTES

The Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 26 July, 2001 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

The Chairman requested that her apologies were recorded for her non-attendance at the last meeting as she had hoped to welcome all the new panel members.

85 APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Panel considered a report of the Clerk (Item 2 in the Minute Book) on requests for financial assistance.

RESOLVED:

That contributions totalling £38,090, be made to the organisations specified in Appendix 1 to the minutes.

86 PROGRESS REPORTS

The Panel considered a report of the Consultant (Item 3 in the Minute Book) which summarised the monitoring and evaluation reports which had been received from organisations since the last meeting.

RESOLVED:

That the report be noted.
