To appoint a Chairman for this meeting.

2. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of Paragraphs 7 and 12 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from this meeting.

3. DOMICILIARY CARE ACCREDITATION (Report herewith)

To give consideration to an appeal against the decision of the Registration and Inspection Unit to refuse an application for registration on Hampshire's accredited list of domiciliary care providers.

The confidential report of the Director of Social Services is attached.
