To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning the appointment of independent members to the Standards Committee.

5. CONSTITUTION - SUGGESTED AMENDMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services suggesting amendments to the Constitution for recommendation to the Council.

6. MEMBERS CONDUCT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Head of IT Services and the Head of Corporate and Legal Services pursuant to Minute 3 of the previous meeting in relation to access to and use of the Internet.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
