To consider a report of the Chief Constable on the details of the bid for funds under the Government's Starter Homes Initiative for Key Workers.

3. REVENUE AND CAPITAL BUDGETS 2001/02 - HALF YEARLY MONITORING REPORT AND REVISED REVENUE BUDGET

To consider a report of the Chief Constable and Treasurer on the spending to date in the current year for both Revenue and Capital Budgets and proposals for a revised Revenue Budget for the year.

4. POLICE AUTHORITY BUDGET MONITORING - FIRST HALF YEAR 2001/02

To consider a report of the Treasurer on the financial performance of the budget for servicing the Police Authority for the first half of 2001/02 and the expected performance at year end.

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of the Paragraphs of Part I of Schedule 12 A of the Local
Government Act 1972, as set out below, the press and public be excluded from the meeting:

6. AIRWAVE RADIO PROJECT - ENHANCED COVERAGE PROVISION ACROSS HAMPSHIRE AND THE ISLE OF WIGHT (Report herewith)

To consider a confidential report of the Chief Constable advising the Authority of the coverage requirement, including the significant amount of radio signal enhancement, to be purchased from BT Airwave across the two counties.

7. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - ESTATES (BASINGSTOKE) (Report herewith)

To consider a confidential report of the Chief Constable on issues relating to the Authority's Capital Programme.
