(Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Surveyor and City Engineer on recent progress on the continued development of the project now that the procurement process timetable is commencing.

3. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of Paragraph 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for consideration of Item 4.

4. OUTPUT SPECIFICATION - PROGRESS AND APPROACH
(Report herewith)

To consider the confidential report of the County Surveyor and the City Engineer on progress to date on the production of an output specification for the scheme.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
