11 MINUTES

The Minutes of the meeting held on 6 November 2002 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

12 LYMINGTON AND KEYHAVEN COASTAL MANAGEMENT REPORT - APRIL 2002 - OCTOBER 2002

The Committee considered the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage (Item 5 in the Minute Book) highlighting work that had taken place on The Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve between April 2002 to October 2002, including management and staffing issues.

RESOLVED:

(a) that the report be noted.


(b) that a maximum of four seats be permitted on the Reserve, at sites agreed with English Nature.

13 MANOR FARM (EFFORD) GRAVEL PIT AND LANDFILL SITE

The Committee considered the report of the Director of Environment (Item 7 in the Minutes Book) on the latest position at the Manor Farm (Efford) Gravel Pit and Landfill Site.

RESOLVED:

That the report be noted.
