To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 14 March 2001.

2. TERMS OF REFERENCE (Report herewith)

To receive the report of the Chief Executive setting out the revised terms of reference of the Andover Transportation Strategy Members Panel in the light of the implementation of the County Council's new Constitution on 1 September 2001.

3. HAMPSHIRE LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN - ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Surveyor which provides an update on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan (LTP) and the content of the County Council's first Annual Progress Report (APR) submitted to the government.

4. PROGRESS REPORT ON ANDOVER SCHEMES AND STUDIES
(Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Surveyor updating the Panel on the progress of Salisbury Road/Millway Road, Weyhill Road, and Charlton Road/Foxcotte Road traffic management schemes, and cycle and pedestrian schemes and studies currently being undertaken in the Andover Transport Strategy Area.

5. TEST VALLEY BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN - REVIEW (Report herewith)

To receive the report of the County Surveyor outlining progress in identifying transportation issues arising from the review of the Test Valley Borough Local Plan.

6. TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL DECRIMINALISATION OF ON-STREET PARKING ENFORCEMENT (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Surveyor on the setting up of a Special Parking Area covering the Test Valley Borough area and joint funding arrangements to assist with capital set up costs.

7. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Andover Transportation Strategy Panel on Tuesday 12 February 2002 at 10.30 a.m. in Monument House, Winchester.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 12(e) or 27; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
