9. TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL DESCRIMINALISATION OF ON-

STREET PARKING ENFORCEMENT

To consider a report of the Head of Technical Services at Test Valley Borough Council

detailing proposals to implement a Special Parking Area covering the Borough and

associated funding requests.
