To consider the report of the County Surveyor providing background information on transport issues relating to the major development area West of Waterlooville.

To consider the report of the County Surveyor providing an update on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan and the content of the County Council's first Annual Progress Report.

8. SOUTH HAMPSHIRE STUDY - TRANSPORT (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Surveyor detailing the background and progress to date on the South Hampshire Study.

Parking for representatives has been arranged in the Civic Offices car parks; it is recommended that you use the multi-storey car park, level 2 and above - a map is attached for your information. Also attached is a car park ticket for display on your windscreen.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
