12. EXPLOSIVES PANEL
The Committee is requested to approve the appointment of the Chairman and Councillors Davidovitz, Geddes and Roberts together with a Liberal Democrat member to an Explosives Panel to consider an application by GMK Limited for the establishment of a magazine for explosives at Concorde Way, Segensworth Industrial Estates, Fareham with powers to determine the matter.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
