To consider the report of the County Planning Officer and County Surveyor in respect of the First Deposit Draft of the Eastleigh Borough Local Plan Review (2001-2011). The County Council has been requested to provide a Statement of Conformity and approve the transport policies for publication.
3. PASSENGER TRANSPORT - BEST VALUE AND ISSUES FOR THE FUTURE (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Chief Executive and County Surveyor which summarises progress in respect of various initiatives related to passenger transport and to highlight key issues for the future.
4. FORWARD PLAN OF ACTIVITY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Chief Executive, County Surveyor and County Planning Officer detailing the forward plan of activity for the Committee.
The Committee will adjourn for lunch if necessary.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
