1.1 The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to the attached design project appraisal for the provision of new teaching accommodation to provide additional Basic Need teaching spaces and a specialist resourced provision for pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorders at The Romsey School.

2.1 To enable additional Basic Need accommodation to meet population growth and a specialist provision following receipt of funding from the former DfEE.
