1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought:
That the Consultation Plan for the right turn facility at Colbury and associated traffic management measures be approved.
2. Reason
2.1 On 17 October 2000 the New Forest Transportation Strategy Members' Panel approved the preferred layout for the right turn facility at Colbury. As part of the development of this scheme it is important to consult with the local community and interest groups.
2.2 The recommendation for decision is subject to the views of the New Forest Transportation Strategy Members' Panel which meets on 6 December 2001 (report attached as an appendix).
3. Other Options Considered and Rejected - Not applicable.
