To consider the report of the County Planning Officer regarding the statutory responsibility of the Harbour Authority and seeking authority to delegate powers to expedite the management of the River Hamble to the Executive Member, in consultation with the River Hamble Executive Members' Group.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer introducing the new management relating to the way Harbour Dues and Mooring Rentals are set.

8. NAVIGATION APPLICATION - REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING JETTY AND INFILLING OF REDUNDANT SLIPWAY - HAMBLE YACHT SERVICES (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Harbour Master seeking consent to replace an existing jetty and infilling a redundant slipway for Hamble Yacht Services.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
