1. Summary
1.1 The County Council has concluded negotiations with the government for a Local Public Service Agreement (LPSA) and Cabinet is asked to agree the final draft format and content of the document as attached. The targets included will be the priority areas for action over the next 3 years. The document will be formally signed by the Leader and Chief Executive and the Ministers on 29 January.
2. Reason
2.1 The LPSA is a legally binding agreement between the government and the County Council and therefore requires the formal approval of Cabinet. Approval of the LPSA is included in the Forward Plan
