1 VARIATION IN CORE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS OF IN-HOUSE RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES - OLDER PEOPLE

To consider the report of the Director of Social Services seeking approval to adding both Intermediate Care and Nursing Care to the Core business of In-house Residential Care homes for older people and to approve the adding of an additional number of beds as a result of the cash for change initiative.

2 REVENUE BUDGET 2002/03

To approve the Revenue Budget 2002/03 for submission to the Leader and the Cabinet.

3 CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2002/03 TO 2005/06
