To receive a report of the County Planning Officer and County Surveyor which sets out progress in implementing the North East Hampshire Transport Strategy policy and the Regeneration of Older Urban Areas programme for Yateley town centre.

4. FLEET TOWN CENTRE IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor which reviews the development of traffic
and environmental improvement proposals for Fleet Town Centre.

5. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN ANNUAL
PROGRESS REPORT, LOCAL TRANSPORT SETTLEMENT AND REVISED
CAPITAL PROGRAMMES FOR 2001/02 AND 2002/03 TO 2005/06
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor updating Members on the Local Transport
Plan Annual Progress Report in addition to detailing the Local Transport Settlement
for 2002/03 and revisions to the Capital Programme for 2001/02 and 2002/03 to
2005/06.

6. RAIL ACCESS TO HEATHROW AIRPORT - AIRTRACK PROJECT
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor updating Members on progress made to
date by a number of organisations in developing a proposal to link Heathrow Airport
by rail from the South West.

7. NORTH EAST HAMPSHIRE TRANSPORT STRATEGY - MONITORING (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor detailing the monitoring exercise
undertaken as part of the North East Hampshire Transport Strategy.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
