DESIGN PROJECT APPRAISALS

1. The Executive Member for Education has approved detailed building design project appraisals for three schemes of extension at schools, which feature within the County Council's capital programme. The developments in question are:

(i) A new post-16 unit and removal of a temporary building at St. Francis Special School, Fareham.


(ii) A three-classroom extension and removal of temporary accommodation at Halterworth Primary School, Romsey.


(iii) A two-classroom extension and removal of temporary buildings at Wellow Primary School.


All three schemes will provide much needed additional permanent accommodation, and once the new buildings are completed the temporary buildings can be removed from the respective sites.
