There will be a short service of prayer at the beginning of the meeting.

2. To receive such communications as the Chairman of the Council may desire to lay before the Council.

3. To receive such reports as the Leader of the Council may desire to bring before the Council.

4. To deal with questions pursuant to Standing Order 20 (b) (i).

5. To make such alterations in the membership of outside bodies as the Council may think fit.
