PART II

REGULATORY COMMITTEE B - CONSIDERATION OF APPEALS

1. The Committee reported to the Council in February the wide range of its functions including the variety of appeal processes which, under the Constitution, fall to be dealt with by Regulatory Committee B. Core groups of members have now been appointed for the key areas. This has the advantage of not only maintaining and developing members' subject expertise, but also establishing a clearly identifiable group of members with whom responsibility lies.
