To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 20 November 2001.

2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN, LOCAL TRANSPORT SETTLEMENT AND REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMMES FOR 2001/02 AND 2002/03 TO 2005/06 (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor updating Members on the Local Transport Plan Annual Progress Report in addition to detailing the Local Transport Settlement for 2002/03 and revisions to the Capital Programme for 2001/02 and 2002/03 to 2005/06.

3. PROGRESS ON CAPITAL PROGRAMME DELIVERY AND OTHER TRANSPORT INITIATIVES (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor updating Members on progress to date in respect of various projects being developed in the Western Hampshire Transport Strategy area.

4. WESTERN HAMPSHIRE TRANSPORT STRATEGY - PROGRAMME FOR CONSULTATION (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor detailing progress being made on the development of the Western Hampshire Transport Strategy and the proposed timescale for public and stakeholder consultations.

5. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETING

To confirm the proposed date, time and venue for the next meeting of the Panel on Wednesday 9 October 2002 at 2.30 p.m. at The Castle, Winchester.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
