To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 9 November 2001.

2. TAPESTRY - UPDATE (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Surveyor updating Members of progress on the TAPESTRY project and future developments.

3. B2177 ROUTE CORRIDOR STRATEGY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Surveyor which summarises the results of the responses to the B2177 Route Corridor Strategy Focus Consultation carried out in September and December 2001.

4. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT, LOCAL TRANSPORT SETTLEMENT AND REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMMES FOR 2001/02 AND 2002/03 TO 2005/06 (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Surveyor updating Members on the Local Transport Plan Annual Progress Report in addition to detailing the Local Transport Settlement for 2002/03 and revisions to the Capital Programmes for 2001/02 and 2002/03 to 2005/06.

5. PETERSFIELD TOWN CENTRE IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Surveyor updating Members of progress on improvements for Petersfield Town Centre and the proposed way forward in the development and implementation of the scheme.

6. EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL PLAN

To receive an oral report of the Head of Policy Planning, East Hampshire District Council updating Members on recent progress.

7. WINCHESTER CITY COUNCIL LOCAL PLAN

To receive an oral report of the Head of Forward Planning, Winchester City Council updating Members on recent progress.

8. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETING

    To confirm the proposed date, time and venue for the next meeting of the Panel on Friday 18 October 2002 at 2.30pm at to offices of East Hampshire District Council.

Parking is available in public car parks adjacent to the Winchester Guildhall - please see the attached map. Lunch and refreshments will be served in the Wintonian Room, Winchester Guildhall at 1.30pm.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
