2. LOCAL TRANSPORT SETTLEMENT AND INVESTMENT PROGRESS
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which outlines the revised investment programme for the Winchester Movement and Access Plan area.

3. WINCHESTER FREIGHT SURVEY (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and a presentation by Professor Mike McDonald, Director, Transportation Research Group, University of Southampton on the results of the Winchester Freight Survey.

4. CIVITAS EUROPEAN PROJECT (Oral Report)

To receive an oral update by the County Surveyor on the current situation regarding the Civitas European Project.

5. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Winchester Movement and Access Plan Joint Members' Panel on Tuesday 22 October 2002 at 10.00 a.m. in The Wellington Room, The Castle, Winchester.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
