2. LOCAL TRANSPORT SETTLEMENT AND REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMMES 2001/02 AND 2002/03 TO 2005/06 (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the County Surveyor which outlines the revised investment programme for the Andover Transportation Strategy area.
3. PROGRESS REPORT (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the County Surveyor which updates Members on key traffic management schemes within the Andover Transportation Strategy area.
4. ANDOVER MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AREA - TRAVEL BEHAVIOUR MODEL (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) which sets out work undertaken to compare the relative transport merits of sites considered for housing in preparation for the Beyond 2000 Brief.
5. ANDOVER HIGH STREET (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) which sets out the current situation regarding the application for a Section 249 Order under the Transportation and Car Parks Act 1990 to amend parking arrangements on Andover High Street.
6. TEST VALLEY BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN REVIEW (Oral report)
To receive an oral update by the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) on the current situation regarding the Borough Council's Local Plan Review.
7. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING
It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Andover Transportation Strategy Members Panel on Wednesday 30 October 2002 at 2.30 p.m. at The Guildhall, Andover.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
