1.1 The following decisions are sought:

That, subject to the approval of the Executive Member - Education to the deferral of the Capital Programme allocation to 2002/03, approval be given to the attached design project appraisal for the extension of Ashley Infant School to provide additional Basic Need places.

2.1 To enable additional permanent accommodation at the school to meet population growth.
