1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

That, subject to the approval of the Executive Member - Education to the deferral of the Capital Programme allocation to 2002/03, approval be given to the attached design project appraisal for a two classroom and toilet extension of Droxford Junior School.

2. Reason(s)

2.1 To enable permanent teaching accommodation to replace temporary classrooms and additional toilet provision in line with the current number of pupils attending the school.
