Considering the following services: domiciliary care; intermediate care (essentially between home and hospital); Promoting Independence schemes; Direct payments; Meals on Wheels

Multi-agency approach to supporting people who misuse substances and

Support to people with aids/HIV

May 2002

This review will cover the following client groups: Children, Young people, Adults. Representatives from PCTs and NHS are expected to participate in the review.

Services to people who misuse drugs and alcohol, will include partnerships / integrated working with NHS.

Support for children in the community

September 2002

Considering the following services:

Early years; Respite care; Family support; Young carers; Child protection

Meeting the social care needs of people with sensory impairment

May 2002

Considering services to people who are visually impaired, hard of hearing, deaf for both adults and children and provided both internally and by the voluntary sector.

A key issue is anticipated to be the integration with health services.

Support for disabled people at home

October 2002

Considering clients with both physical and learning disabilities.

Services include: Domiciliary care; Care attendance; Supported worker schemes; Other professional support at home; Direct Payments
