1 THE USE OF GUARDIANSHIP - 1 JANUARY 2001 TO 31 DECEMBER 2001

To endorse the actions of the Director of Social Services in accepting the renewals of guardianship under the Mental Health Act 1977 and to make an order not to discharge those individuals from the guardianship of the County Council. Report of the Director of Social Services.
