You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the County Council to be held at The Castle, Winchester at 11.00 a.m. on THURSDAY

28 MARCH 2002 to consider and resolve upon the business set out in the Agenda below.

There will be a short service of prayer at the beginning of the meeting.

1. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 21 February 2002 .

2. Deputations:

(a) Mr. G. Peake, Mr. A. Macallan, Mr. I. Wilson and Mr. C. Gray

representing Fleet Town Centre Management Group concerning Fleet Town Centre road improvements;


(b) Mr. D. Gotel concerning Fleet Town Centre road improvements.

3. To receive such communications as the Chairman may desire to lay before the

Council.

4. To receive such reports as the Leader of the Council may desire to bring

before the Council.

5. To deal with questions pursuant to Standing Order 20 (b) (i).

6. To make such alterations in the membership of outside bodies

as the Council may think fit.

7. To receive and consider reports and recommendations of the following

requiring decision (Part I) and to make such orders thereon as the Council
