MATTERS FOR DECISION
3. KINGS' SCHOOL, WINCHESTER - ENLARGEMENT (Papers herewith)
The County Education Officer to be invited to present the Local Education Authority case. To consider the Statement of Case and to approve the County Education Officer's proposals for a prescribed alteration, by enlarging the premises of the school, with effect from September, 2003.
NOTE: Statutory proposals relating to the enlargement of this school were published on 7 September, 2001. Although no objections were received, it was not possible for the Local Education Authority to make a determination within the statutory timetable. The proposal is therefore submitted to the School Organisation Committee for approval.
4. ROBERT MAY'S SCHOOL, ODIHAM - ENLARGEMENT (Papers herewith)
The Governors of Robert Mays School, Odiham to be invited to present the Governing Body's case. To consider the Statement of Case and to approve the Governing Body's proposals for a prescribed alteration, by enlarging the premises of the school, with effect from January, 2003.
NOTE: No statutory objections have been received to this proposal following publication of notices on 11 January, 2002.
5. MEONSTOKE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL - PROPOSED CHANGE IN AGE RANGE (Papers herewith)
The Governors of Meonstoke Church of England School to be invited to present the Governing Body's case. To consider the Statement of Case and to approve the Governing Body's proposals for a prescribed alteration to the school by changing the age range of the school from 4-8 to 4-7, with effect from 1 September, 2003.
NOTE: No statutory objections have been received to this proposal following publication of notices on 17 December, 2001.

6. ASHLEY INFANT SCHOOL - ENLARGEMENT (Papers herewith)
No objections were received in response to the public notices published on 17 December, 2001 and accordingly the Local Education Authority has determined to implement the proposal as set out in the notice.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Committee note the action taken by the Local Education Authority.
7. LEE-ON-THE-SOLENT JUNIOR SCHOOL - ENLARGEMENT (Papers herewith)
No objections were received in response to the public notices published on 21 January, 2002 and accordingly the Local Education Authority has determined to implement the proposal as set out in the notice.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Committee note the action taken by the Local Education Authority.
8. BRIDGEMARY SCHOOL, GOSPORT - ENLARGEMENT (Papers herewith)
No objections were received in response to the public notices published on 21 January, 2002 and accordingly the Local Education Authority has determined to implement the proposal as set out in the notice.

That the Committee note the action taken by the Local Education Authority.
