To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a claim to have a footpath between Oaklands Way and North Road in Hythe and Dibden added to the definitive map.

To receive the report of the County Planning Officer on development control decisions taken under delegated powers.

The County Planning Officer will initiate a discussion on Liaison Panels; the report provides background information.

9. MEMBER TRAINING (Report herewith)

The County Planning Officer will initiate a discussion on Member training on planning as recommended by the third report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life (the Nolan Committee).

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
