ENFORCEMENT UPDATE
The following schedule lists all mineral and waste sites where breaches of planning control have occurred and recourse has been made to the enforcement powers under the Town and Country Planning Act. Sites inspected as part of the monitoring programme/or in response to complaints are not included.
Funtley Landfill, Wickham (A & J Bull Southern) (WR086) - a Breach of Condition Notice (BCN), requiring restoration of the site to be completed in compliance with Condition (1)(v) of planning permission 990022HCM W02380/20 by 8 September 2001, served 10 August 2001 has been substantially complied with, subject to final approval of details.
Woodington Farm, East Wellow, Romsey (J & W Waste Management) (TV061) - following refusal of a retrospective planning application an Enforcement Notice requiring removal of all imported materials that form the bund and restoration of the site to its original condition by 18 March 2002, served 16 January 2002. An appeal has been lodged (see appeals schedule).
Coombe Willow, Braishfield (J & W Waste Management) - a planning application has been received following serving of Planning Contravention Notices (PCNs) on 2 January 2002.
