That approval be given to the attached design project appraisal for the provision of a new Social Services Day Service in Alton.

2. Reason(s)

2.1 To enable the provision of a new Day Service building in Alton to replace the existing building which has become functionally obsolete and which will shortly require major maintenance expenditure.
