    To consider a report of the County Surveyor detailing the Down to Earth 2 Conference and the action plan arising from it.

3. PROJECT INTEGRA BUSINESS PLAN INCORPORATING THE JOINT
MUNICIPAL WASTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY UPDATE

    To consider a report of the County Surveyor bringing Members up to date on
    the Project Integra Business Plan, including the Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy.

4. A STRATEGY FOR THE HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRE SERVICE (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the County Surveyor suggesting a framework of principles, aims and objectives to assist with the future development of the service as part of Project Integra's Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) overall waste management strategy.

5. BEST VALUE REVIEW OF POLICY DEVELOPMENT IN ENVIRONMENT GROUPING (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the County Surveyor detailing the work on the Best Value review of Policy Development in the Environment Grouping undertaken since September 2001.

7. ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE - FORWARD PLAN (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive, County Surveyor and County Planning Officer setting out issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
