To consider the report of the Director of Social Services seeking approval to extend the use of Direct Payments as a method of service delivery for parents/carers of disabled children.

2 ORCHARD CLOSE TRUST FUND AND LANDSCAPING PROPOSALS

To consider the report of the Director of Social Services seeking approval for:-

(a) Expenditure to fund a landscaping scheme at Orchard Close.


(b) Arrangements to administer the Orchard Close Trust Fund.


(c) The balance of capital receipt (less interest) from the sale of surplus land at Orchard Close to be used to offset the cost of the recent refurbishment of the premises.
